What's new in our world?

Welcome back to all our friends and customers and a Happy New Year to you all. We have returned fresh and ready to go after a lovely 2 week holiday in Vanuatu. On return we collected our new 10kg Has Garanti roaster and look forward to getting this set up and seeing how she performs. You can be the final judge when the coffee gets to you fresh from her belly. I have included a photo of the roaster on the truck being delivered. Still wrapped up unfortunately.

So we finally got some time up our sleeves to get our site up and running. Life has been full of surprises since we opened our business in June 2006. (Much to the dismay of Tina from Creatica who designed our website)

- We have been developing a loyal customer base with retail and commercial customers in Toowoomba and our new location in Townsville

- We relocated to Townsville in April this year

- Stefan spent 4 months overseas and tasted some lovely, and not so lovely, coffee. He also met some great coffee contacts like David, the Hawaiin living in Timor Leste.

- We purchased a Has Garanti coffee roaster which will be installed soon. We are very excited about this as it will enable us to broaden our blends and experiment a little more. Hopefully allowing us to offer more variety and quality to you.

- We also purchased an Expobar Megacrem 2 group which will be used for Barista training and available for school fetes, parties and market stalls.

Our priority, now that the website is online, is to develop the product range and open the online checkout. This will make it easier for you to purchase products when you need too and in a safe, secure fashion.
